After you make the decision that you’re going to be leaving your current place of employ, it’s interesting what types of things catch your eye when flipping through magazines. For example, get a load of this ad for the oxymoronically named company Behavioral Technology that I snipped out of Fast Company.I Quit! AdvertisementOnce my mind was made up, I don’t believe that the organization could do to anything to keep my asset from walking out the door. And is it just me, or does the phrase “increase employee retention” sound colostomically unhealthy to you?
