Feed me.

When I rolled out the redesign of this site back in March, I admitted that not everything was going to be properly bolted down. One thing I neglected to do was redirect the old RSS feed to the new location. Some of my faithful readers who have historically received their regular dose o’ splorp via newsreader have been stuck in an update stasis for the past couple of months. Tonight I fixed that particular issue. Now, all I need to do is start posting more things actually worth reading.

Thanks for noticing. Next time I’ll try to remember to make sure the feed is working right off the bat. Silly me.

I like the nice clean space. It’s like clearing out a closet. Then again, my first urge at that point is to go out and acquire more stuff for all that nice free space. Sigh. So much for getting over my packrat ways.

Oh, I’m sure stuff will start piling up again around here too. It’s hard to break old habits.

I moved my feed a couple times, assuming feedbots and crawlers would all listen to my 301 redirect and just update their database and never go back to the old location… but they never did. That stunk. It was annoying. Nice site.
